Admission

The admission process at Sardar Patel Public School is designed to be simple, transparent, and parent-friendly.

Step 1: Enquiry & Visit

Parents/guardians are encouraged to visit the school campus and collect the admission form from the school office. This visit provides an opportunity to experience the school environment firsthand.

Step 2: Interaction with Admission Counsellor

Our admission counsellor will guide parents through the admission process and address all queries regarding curriculum, facilities, and school policies.

Step 3: School Orientation

Parents/guardians are invited to understand the school’s vision, values, infrastructure, and academic approach to ensure alignment with their expectations.

Step 4: Submission of Application

The completed admission form must be submitted along with all required documents. The admission team will assist parents throughout the process.

  • School text books and Uniforms can be purchased on announced dates.

Age Criteria

(As per Government Guidelines – age calculated on 31st March of the academic session)

  • Nursery:
    Minimum age: 3 years
    Maximum age: 4 years 6 months
  • KG I (LKG):
    Minimum age: 4 years
    Maximum age: 5 years 6 months
  • KG II (UKG):
    Minimum age: 5 years
    Maximum age: 6 years 6 months
  • Class I:
    Minimum age: 6 years
    Maximum age: 7 years 6 months

Note: Birth Certificate is mandatory for age verification. Any relaxation in age criteria will be as per government norms.

Documents (checklist to be submitted to office )

The following documents must be submitted at the time of admission:

  • Birth Certificate (for age verification)
  • Aadhaar Card of the student and both parents
  • Samagra ID (SSSM ID)
  • Recent passport-size photographs of the student (5 copies)
  • Recent passport-size photographs of parents (2 copies)
  • Copy of previous class marksheet/report card
  • Original Transfer Certificate (T.C.) (if applicable)
  • Permanent Education Number (PEN) & APAAR ID (if available)
  • Caste Certificate (for OBC / SC / ST students, if applicable)

Additional Information

  • Admission is subject to availability of seats.
  • Incomplete forms or missing documents may delay the admission process.
  • The decision of the school authorities regarding admission shall be final and binding.
  • Parents are advised to apply early as seats are limited.
